Al-Hidayah Camp 2026 - Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the registration, payment, and service-related conditions for participation in the Al-Hidayah Camp 2026 organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI). By registering and completing payment, you (“the Participant”) agree to these Terms.

2. Event Overview

Event Duration: 3 days, 2 nights
Dates: August 1st – 3rd, 2026
Venue: Mc Master University, Hamilton, Ontario
Meals Included:
- Day 1: Lunch and Dinner
- Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
- Day 3: Breakfast and Lunch
Accommodation: Two-night stay included in the registration fee.
All attendees are expected to participate in scheduled sessions and activities as outlined in the event program.

3. Event Services

The registration fee covers:
- Access to all sessions and activities at Al-Hidayah 2026
- Meals as listed above
- Accommodation for two nights
Transportation to and from the event venue is not included in the registration fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust meal times, menus, or accommodation arrangements due to venue or logistical requirements.

4. Registration and Payment

Notes:

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Pricing includes accommodation, meals, and program participation for 3 days and 2 nights.
Limited Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If any delegate requires to park their vehicles at McMaster University, a nominal parking fee will apply. That fee will be shared closer to the event date.

Daycare & Toddler Policy:

Children aged 5 years or younger are considered toddlers. They do not get separate beds, and daycare for this age group is mandatory and included in the fee.
For children aged 5+ to 10 years, daycare is optional. A daycare form will be provided for all children, with mandatory enrollment for those 5 and under and optional enrollment for those 5+ to 10.
Limited seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Methods and Service Fees

All registration and payment processing services are managed at al-hidayah.camp.

Instalment Option (for Group Participants Only):
- Available only for Canadian participants registered under an approved Group / Referrer Code.
- All instalment payments must be completed by February 28, 2026.
- Late or missed instalments may result in forfeiture of registration without refund. If a ticket is sold with the full fee before installment completion, it will be refunded.
Group Codes and Tracking:
- Each group or referrer is assigned a unique Group Code.
- Participants must enter the correct code during registration for accurate tracking and seat allocation.

5. Payment Processing

All electronic payments are processed securely through the al-hidayah.camp payment page.
Payment processing fees are applied at the time of transaction and are non-refundable.
Confirmation receipts are issued automatically after successful transactions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring payments are completed before the registration deadline.

6. Confirmation of Registration

Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The organizer reserves the right to verify payment details before final confirmation.

7. Agreement

By completing the registration form and payment, participants confirm that:

They have read and understood these Terms of Service.
They agree to comply with all payment timelines and conditions stated herein.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds and cancellations will follow the official Al-Hidayah 2026 Refund Policy.
